  7. At last, you can preview the stubs before printing them by selecting the Preview option and then print them.

  1. First, you need to set up your printing preferences. To do this, it’s important to make sure you have set up to print plain paper stubs.
  2. Now click on Settings and then select the option Payroll Settings.
  3. It will show you different sections, look in the Preferences section and then select Paycheck Printing.
  4. Next click on plain paper stubs, then selects OK.
  5. In the next step, you have to click on the Payroll menu and then select Employees.
  6. Now select the paychecks you would like to print in the Paycheck list and then click on Print.

Usage of Online QuickBooks Payroll other versions
