What do we want? Success doesn’t fill our longings. We live in fear of failure, and don’t know how to feel about ourselves. We want to be loved and accepted by others. We want to be thin and special. But that won’t make us happy. We are obsessed with image management, religious obedience, and the smallest details. We seek security and peace, but we don’t recognize our own worth.
There are some things you need to change in your life before you can find the satisfaction that you deserve. First of all, stop striving to be thin and succeed. It won’t satisfy your longing for love and acceptance. Instead, you should work on developing your self-esteem. It will help you achieve your goals and make you feel more happy. We should realize that we are not perfect, and that we can’t control how others perceive us.
The first thing to change is the way you view yourself. You should have no idea what your ideal self is. It is important to believe in yourself. You can be the best you can be. There is nothing wrong with being happy. You can’t help but feel good about yourself. Then, you’ll be happy. But you don’t need to be thin to feel happy.
